Election Day

November 7, 2023 @ 6:30 am - 7:30 pm

Your participation in this crucial democratic process can make a significant difference in shaping the future of our town. You must vote in your designated precinct, which you can find HERE, click Voter Search Tool.

Elect April Mills and Stephanie Wade for fresh perspective on the town council
We are not running as a slate, but as grassroots campaigns we have chosen to work collaboratively to engage as effectively as possible with as many Carrboro residents as possible. It’s been a whirlwind and we thank you for all of your support. We do share some priorities which help address climate change and make Carrboro better for everyone. The Council needs perspective and life experience, and we are concerned that without us the council will not represent Carrboro’s population accurately. This includes that without us, there won’t be any council members with children in public school! That seems like a total miss since CHCCS is an economic driver for our town, a reason why people move here and continue to live here, and something that affects the lives of many many Carrboro residents daily.

  • Improved public transportation throughout Carrboro
  • Thoughtful planning for development and affordable housing options
  • Equitable parks & recreation for all abilities
  • Stormwater management to address climate change and flooding
  • Increased focus on pedestrian & bike safety
